Participation fee and costs
The participation fee for the IE Business School BBA Business Challenge 2022 is €2950. IE Business School will cover the costs of accommodation, meals, networking and social gatherings, events, all materials, and access to facilities from March 15th (late afternoon) to March 18th, 2022.
Transportation to Madrid & Welcome Reception
Each participating school must arrange and cover the cost of their own travel to Madrid. The welcome reception will be on March 15th. Each school must arrange flight tickets to Madrid and check-in at the hotel on time.
Meals
IE Business School will cover the costs of the meals from March 15th (late afternoon) to March 18th, 2022. Please, contact us in case you have any food restriction/allergy or special requests.
Resources
During the case preparation, all teams will have access to wifi. All team members must bring their own laptops to prepare the case before the final presentations. Each team will have access to a preparation room during the case preparation.
Dress code
March 15th to March 17th: Business casual
Friday 18th presentation: Business formal.
